Insights from Three Years as an Agency Founder

November was for us over here at Right Relations! Since founding the agency back in 2020, we have had the honor of supporting many incredible people, organizations and missions. Looking back, I’m filled with much gratitude and excitement for the future.

What lessons have you learned from leading Right Relations over the past three years?
 

Starting a business during a global pandemic was a bold step, and if given the choice I would go back and do it again. It forced me to be very strategic with business decisions and has forced us to build the solid footing we needed to grow into the business we are today.

Can you share why the arts are a focus of Right Relations’ marketing services?
 

After working in both the profit and nonprofit sectors, I realized that I wanted to find a way to bridge the gap between the two industries and continue to bring my passion for the arts into the marketing world. It was never a question that the arts would be at the center of everything we do!

As someone who grew up surrounded by the arts, singing in choir, taking voice and piano lessons, art classes and attending concerts, it has always been at the center of my life. We love that we get to be a part of something bigger than ourselves and contribute to the arts community by supporting missions that inspire and uplift people.

 

 

Are there any emerging trends or changes in the marketing landscape that Right Relations is particularly excited about or preparing for?
 

Looking ahead to our fourth year of business, I am personally excited to continue finding ways to leverage AI both internally and with our clients. As overwhelming as artificial intelligence can seem, when used correctly it really can decrease time spent on more monotonous tasks and increase the bandwidth of small organizations and businesses.

Is there anything you’d like to share with clients, partners, and supporters as Right Relations celebrates its third anniversary?
 

Looking ahead to our fourth year of business, I am personally excited to continue finding ways to leverage AI both internally and with our clients. My goal is always to bring value to our clients while helping them support their missions and positively impact the world.
